What You'll Do
• Apply storytelling frameworks (strong hooks, rising tension, conflict, payoff, reversals) to bulk transcripts
• Revise quickly based on performance and feedback
• Collaborate closely with producer and the content team to enhance storytelling with impactful visuals, music, pacing, and sound design
• Consistently meet tight deadlines, transforming raw footage into polished, engaging content
• Self-starter & high-energy, this is a fast-paced role where you'll have a major impact

• Recently graduated, based in New York

Requirements
• Must have 5 days in-person in NYC per week.
• Prior experience in content creation or editing is a plus but not expected.
