Position:
Station Brand Advocate – HTV Design, Winter Park, Florida
Reports To:
Brand Resource Manager – HTV Design
Job Description:
Hearst Television (HTV) seeks a liaison to be an essential connection between HTV Creative Services teams and HTV Design to grow local station brands. Successful candidate will facilitate station-to-station collaboration as well as collaboration with HTV Design. This position will serve as a champion of ongoing brand evolution, idea sharing, and educational opportunities for creatives. This position also partners with the HTV News Brand Advocate to connect news-related station key objectives with impactful, brand-building execution.
Job Responsibilities:
• Build professional relationships with creative services staffs across all HTV stations
• Working through HTV Design, share resources, curate, package and amplify ideas generated by individual stations and HTV Design custom design team
• Act as a liaison between creative services departments and HTV Design to surface areas of opportunity for group projects and facilitate project execution and distribution
• Identify and develop ongoing training opportunities to inspire and motivate creative services teams using our internal website
• Work with HTV News Brand Advocate to connect news-related station key objectives with impactful, brand-building execution
Experience Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a collaborative broadcast creative services environment with management experience preferred
• Experience developing on-air, digital, and print promotional campaigns for broadcast television
• Experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite required
Qualifications Requirements:
• Ability to lead and initiate creative conversations and collaboration
• Ability to develop video and blog training modules; strong writing and editing skills required
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
Education:
