Part Time Job
KCRA 3/KQCA MY58, the Hearst Duopoly in Sacramento has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Part-time Producer/Editor. In-person attendance is required.
This part-time position offers flexibility and a great opportunity for someone who is creative, motivated and wants to learn and grow their skills. We are looking for a self-starter who has a good balance of creativity and organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience writing, shooting, and editing videos as well as experience with the adobe creative suite. Candidate must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be detail-minded with the ability to handle tight deadlines, work well under pressure, and prioritize multiple projects. Must be a creative thinker with a strong eye for layout & design. Experience producing comedy promotional campaigns is a huge plus!

• Writing, Shooting and Editing station promos as assigned
• Tagging episodic promos
Requirements
• Adobe Premiere Editing Experience
• Adobe After Effects Experience
• Graphic Design/Layout Experience
• Be able to work on multiple projects at once
• Be detailed-minded
• Work well under pressure
• Handle tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Military experience may be considered.
