Responsibilities:
• Spearhead station success, driving accountability for news, programming, sales, marketing, and technology across all platforms.
• Innovate short- and long-term strategies for revenue and audience engagement expansion.
• Architect plans for revenue enhancement, tapping into core and emerging media opportunities.
• Manage budgets with precision to ensure accurate forecasting and sustainable growth.
• Cultivate community engagement to strengthen ties with advertisers, viewers, partners, and community leaders.
• Develop team skills in a collaborative, innovative, and excellence-driven environment.
• Uphold FCC regulations and industry standards while fortifying relationships with government and affiliate contacts.
• In person attendance is required.
Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of leadership experience within multimedia organizations or related fields.
• Demonstrated track record in strategic leadership, innovation, and attainment of organizational goals.
• Astute critical thinking and data-informed decision-making skills.
• Robust strategic, operational, and financial expertise.
• Exemplary judgment, community engagement, and ethical standards.
• Skilled planning and prioritization to achieve financial and strategic objectives.
Salary/Benefits
$225,000 - $275,000 /year USD
The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors.
