Paid Social Specialist
We're looking for a performance-driven social media professional with a strong background in paid media to support campaign execution across platforms, while also supporting organic social efforts. This role will primarily focus on driving reach, traffic, and top-of-funnel growth through paid campaigns, with additional support on content and community management.
We're seeking a performance-driven social media professional with a strong background in paid media to help execute and optimize campaigns across platforms. This role will be instrumental in driving reach, traffic, and top-of-funnel growth through strategic paid social initiatives, while also contributing to organic social efforts! In addition to paid campaign execution, this person will support content development and community management, helping to ensure a cohesive and engaging brand presence across channels.
Schedule:
This position includes weekend work and follows a flexible schedule of 3 weekdays (Monday–Friday) and 2 weekend days. We're happy to work with the right candidate to determine which weekdays best fit their schedule.
Core Responsibilities:
• Support execution and day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
• Assist with campaign setup, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and ad trafficking
• Monitor performance and pacing, identifying optimization opportunities
• Pull, organize, and maintain campaign data for reporting and recaps
• Conduct copy audits and share recommendations to improve performance
• Support creative testing by organizing assets and tracking results
• Help manage timelines, asset delivery, and cross-functional coordination
• Support content planning and development, including content calendars and ideation
• Assist in writing social copy and coordinating creative assets
• Schedule and publish content across platforms
• Manage community engagement (comments, messages, conversations)
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities for timely, relevant content
• Track performance metrics and share insights with the team
What You Bring:
• 2–3 years of experience across paid and organic social media
• Hands-on familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Experience supporting organic social (content planning, publishing, community management)
• Strong understanding of platform best practices and performance drivers
• Comfort working with data and pulling basic reports
• Strong writing skills, especially for social media copy
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow!
