Pagination Editor

Pagination Editor is responsible for the weekly production of newspaper pages for multiple clients using syndicated columns, games and puzzles.

Major Areas of Responsibility:
• Edit syndicated content for space and readability using Adobe InDesign

• Craft headlines

• Proofread content for style, grammar and spelling errors

Requirements of the Role:
• Strong attention to detail

• Self-motivation to work with minimal oversight

• Quality communication skills

Required Skills:

• AP Style

• Grammar

• Time Management

• Familiarity with InDesign

Required Education and Experience

• Some college education

• Preferred background in newspaper production
