What will you do?
• Lead the Charge: Manage and inspire our Business Development team, using data and insights to shape strategies that drive results and business growth.
• Execute High-Impact Campaigns: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing programs, including digital and outbound call campaigns, to generate and nurture B2B leads in our top sales verticals.
• Drive Success with Innovative Tools: Utilize our AI-powered software to enhance every stage of the sales cycle, from prospecting and planning to presenting and closing deals.
• Analyze & Optimize: Track key metrics like funnel performance and ROI, leveraging advanced analytics to make data-informed decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
• Know the Market: Stay ahead of competitive and market trends, tailoring campaigns to resonate with key stakeholders in the local market.
• Create Engaging Content: Collaborate with internal teams to produce relevant, impactful content for lead nurturing, including blogs, one-pagers, and tailored materials for top verticals.
What will it take to be successful?
• Proven Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, focusing on omnichannel campaigns, lead generation, and pipeline management.
• Tech-Savvy Marketer: Hands-on experience with email marketing automation, workflows, and digital marketing tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Advanced skills in interpreting data and reporting on KPIs to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Project Management Superstar: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative & Strategic: Strong awareness of digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing, coupled with a knack for crafting compelling campaigns.
• Top-Notch Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to present ideas and insights clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
