Invue Account Manager

Overview: InVue Digital, Hearst Digital Marketing Services' premier agency, is looking for a talented, hardworking and highly motivated account manager to join our rapidly growing team of digital marketers.

Day in the Life: You're ready for anything that comes your way and approach your work with an open, positive mind whenever possible. You'll be in charge of organizing communication, leading marketing strategies and scheduling work for the team. You'll need to be savvy with written and verbal communication. On any given day you may field emails, lead phone calls or share your screen on a Teams call with a new client!

Responsibilities:
• Dedicated account manager for multiple clients in various sectors.
• Effectively manage client relationships, work to grow and retain clients year over year.
• Accountable for campaign management and performance in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
• Email and phone communication with internal team, clients, and agency partners.

Experience:
• Ability to generate a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
• Ability to think critically and collaborate effectively with others.
• Comfortable with public speaking, leading and directing conversations.
• Moderate or advanced understanding of digital marketing, specifically SEM, SMM and SEO.
• Moderate or advanced understanding of Microsoft and Google product suites.

Qualifications:
• 2–4 years experience in digital marketing or client-facing account roles
• Strong grasp of SEM, SMM, SEO fundamentals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable leading client calls and strategy sessions

Working Environment: While the InVue Digital team is headquartered in Buffalo, NY, we operate fully remotely and offer our team members the benefit of working from wherever they please. The team collaborates through chat and video technology to ensure that we are maintaining our cohesive workflow and holding each other accountable. You may be responsible for answering phone calls, video calls and chats to complete your daily functions.

In accordance with applicable law, Hearst is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role if hired in New York. The reasonable estimate, if hired in New York, is $55,000-60,000. Please note this information is specific to those hired in New York. If this role is open to candidates outside of New York, the salary range would be aligned to that specific location. A final decision on the successful candidate's starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills and experience, training, certifications, and education.
