Campaign Launch Specialist – Hybrid (Houston, TX)

The Campaign Launch Specialist plays a key client-facing role in supporting the successful and timely launch of multi-media campaigns comprised of banners, social media, branded content, streaming video and more. This position is responsible for gathering essential information from clients to ensure campaign accuracy, alignment with objectives, and seamless execution. Working closely with sales executive and internal teams, the Campaign Launch Specialist helps translate client needs into structured actionable items while maintaining clear communication and delivering exceptional service. A foundational understanding of digital advertising-including display, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and website solution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as a liaison for clients following the closure of a sale, guiding them through the post-sale process from contract execution to campaign launch, ensuring a seamless and positive post-sale experience.
• Manage the end-to-end creative process by securing client assets for banner, social media, email marketing, streaming video campaigns and more. Collaborating with third-party vendors or in-house design teams, and overseeing the review and approval process to ensure timely and accurate deployment of ad creatives
• Review and verify all finalized sales details, including client confirmation, rate structures, budget allocations, and approval documentation, to ensure accuracy and readiness for execution.
• Own the post-sale process by validating campaign objectives, collecting creative assets, and facilitating access to analytics platforms, ad servers, and other tracking or reporting tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams-including Ad Ops, Creative, and Product Management-to align deliverables, set clear execution timelines, and ensure all launch components are prepared in accordance with internal standards.
• Monitor campaign timelines to ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), proactively addressing potential delays and communicating timeline adjustments to relevant stakeholders, with particular attention to those that may impact revenue recognition.
• Deliver exceptional client service by acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for both sales executives and clients, responding promptly to inquiries, addressing escalations, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Serve as a key point of escalation for internal teams and client concerns, applying critical thinking and cross-functional coordination to deliver timely and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and client services teams to support critical post-sale activities such as new account setup, billing validation, and payment confirmation, ensuring all operational elements are aligned.
• Contribute to departmental and organizational success by supporting team goals, embracing process improvements, and fostering a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships by consistently delivering high-quality service, maintaining open lines of communication, and demonstrating a deep understanding of client goals and business needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, marketing support, sales operations, or a client-facing coordination role (media or agency experience a plus).
• Experience with creative design, layout and marketing messaging a plus
• Proven ability to gather, validate, and organize information to drive to a successful campaign launch
• Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Exceptional communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills

• MS Office skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
