Visual Editor

This is a Full Time Job

We're seeking a temporary visual editor to produce photo shoots and conduct photo research across all platforms for Men's Health and Women's Health.

Responsibilities:
• Photo production
• Collaborate with the visual editors, art and editorial teams to conceptualize creative concepts for photo research.
• Support Visual Directors of brands to stay on budget, input credits, pass hi-res files, generate photo contracts, etc.

Qualifications:
• At least seven years of experience working in a visual/photo department of a magazine, website or similar outlet.
• Must have extensive photo production and research experience.
• Must be familiar with stock agencies and licensing policies.
• This candidate must exhibit professionalism and have a proven ability to work effectively with others.
• Must be ambitious, proactive, detail oriented and must be able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be familiar with current editorial photographers and be comfortable licensing images directly from them.
