Job Overview
The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, be capable of balancing multiple projects simultaneously, and will be a problem-solver who is quick on their feet. This role will be collaborating with various teams across different verticals and magazines, so the ability to quickly pivot, work well with others, and adapt to many different aesthetics and working styles is a must. The ideal candidate will also bring fresh ideas and creative expertise to all projects they work on, which will be a range of topics.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities
• Operate as an in-house producer for both production (in the field and in the studio) and post-production needs when necessary
• Book and coordinate crew and talent when necessary
• Coordinate crew logistics, transportation, talent releases and media delivery for production
• Produce pre-pro documents including (but not limited to) scripts, schedules, call sheets, etc.
• Work closely with post-production and graphics teams to ensure all deliverables requirements are met
• Work closely with the director of video in the development of projects and manage progress through each phase of production. This includes planning, scheduling (physical and post-production), budgeting, coordination of crews and equipment, logistics, voiceovers, scripts, releases, contracts, and expense reporting
• Work closely with the rest of the video team on editing, creating, and facilitating short-form content (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and longform site-based content
• Facilitate both the upkeep and continued development of the video team's in-house production gear
• Manage and work with the video team in ensuring all final exports, edits, relevant documentation are archived
• Produce quotes and budgets sourced from outside vendors for projects and new business
• Manage and act as direct liaison to freelancers
• Work with the greater video team in developing and crafting compelling stories within a variety of formats in line with the Enthusiast Groups brands' pillars
• Work collaboratively with other groups across the Enthusiast Group to maximize the impact of the video team's work
QUALIFICATIONS
Who you are
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and other Creative Suite products
• The ideal candidate should be proficient in both studio and field lighting techniques to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals across a variety of shooting environments
• Proficient in operating a range of professional camera systems, including Sony and Canon models
• Obsessive knowledge of the digital video landscape and a keen understanding of the competition
• Thrive both collaboratively in a group and also have the discipline and organization to work independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills-ability to perform in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, and think quickly and strategically to meet tight deadlines
• Able to see multiple projects as a whole and ensure that all parts are moving well
• Have 3-5 years experience within digital media production
This position is based in the NYC office a minimum of 3 days a week. No remote option.
This is a position covered under the Writers Guild of America, East, Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Salary/Benefits
$65,100.00
- 68,000.00
per year
The base salary for this role is $65,100-68,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
