This is a Full Time Job
Esquire is looking for an energetic and highly organized Temporary Fashion Assistant to join our team. This person should be eager to learn, fast on their feet, and enthusiastic about men's fashion. The Fashion Assistant will assist in the fashion closet, keeping samples organized and helping with call-ins and returns.
What you'll do
• Execute and assist sample call-ins for various fashion, cover, feature, and video stories
• Help oversee daily fashion closet sample activity, both incoming and outgoing
• Obtain fashion credits from respective brands
• Coordinate LORs for watches and fine jewelry
• Reach out to brands for look books, line sheets and contacts
• Organize and prepare for story run-throughs
• Help share final print, digital, and/or video content with included fashion/apparel brands for awareness, exposure, and continuing strong brand relationships
Who you are
• You have 1 year related experience
• You're a strategic, creative thinker and self-starter
• You have top-notch organization skills and attention to detail.
• You have a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
• You're a team player and lover of fast-paced, collaborative environments.
The base rate for this role is $18 an hour for 35 hours a week. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
