Temporary Editorial Assistant, Membership

VERANDA is seeking a Temporary Editorial Assistant, Membership to help build and contribute to our growing Design Society membership program.

Who you are:
• 2 years of relevant experience, including marketing, consulting, or other cross-functional role
• Strategic thinker with strong relationship and project management and communication skills
• Innately curious, always asking ''how can we do this better?'' and providing actionable solutions
• Team player, ability to be flexible, work with, and learn from many different partners
• Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
• Familiar with media engagement; media or e-commerce experience a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll do:
• Build and package new exclusive content

• Repackage existing/archive content for member exclusives

• Assist with backend site management: work with product team, associate editor to create landing pages, collections, etc. of exclusive content

• Support event production: manage timelines, draft marketing collateral, RSVPs, liaise with vendors, etc.

• Coordinate gift/benefit fulfillment
