HearstMade is the in-house branded content studio for all of Hearst Magazines. Through a combination of data-driven insight and editorial instinct, we create stories that not only get attention but drive action. We are looking for a Talent Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting operations related to acquisition of various levels of talent, such as influencers, models, celebrities, real people, actors, tastemakers, etc, from start to end including but not limited to casting calls, talent coordination and payment processing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do
• Source and suggest talent for pre-sale programs aligned with content strategy
• Create talent decks and one-sheets for post-sale presentations
• Develop pricing estimates for talent across all tiers (from real people and models to public figures and celebrities)
• Manage program execution for talent; including talent casting and selection, scheduling, and communications with talent, agents, and internal teams
• Monitor industry pricing standards and market trends
• Build and maintain agent relationships across sectors
• Track programs in our project management system
• Maintain and organize talent database
• Process vendor onboarding documentation
• Assist with invoice processing
QUALIFICATIONS

• Commercially minded; comfortable researching market rates, developing pricing estimates, and negotiating within budget
• Creative and editorially curious; you understand how talent aligns to content strategy and brand voice
• A team-first problem solver who stays calm under pressure and anticipates needs before they arise
Preferred Experience
• 1–3 years in talent coordination, casting, influencer marketing, or production at a talent/creative agency or publisher
• Hands-on experience sourcing and evaluating talent across tiers-from real people and emerging creators to public figures
• Proven track record coordinating casting, availability checks, holds, bookings, and on-set or remote logistics
• Experience building talent one-sheets and decks; comfort collaborating with creative, sales, and production teams
• Familiarity with market rates, usage types, and deliverables to create competitive pricing estimates
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and documentation
• Bonus: experience within a branded content studio or publisher environment and awareness of social platform trends and best practices

This position is a hybrid role out of our NYC office. No remote option.

$58,000.00
- 65,000.00
per year
The base salary for this role is between $58,000-$65,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
