Turn data, creativity, and emerging technology into smarter media performance. As a Performance Marketing Associate, Social, you'll help drive scalable campaign growth, maximize ROAS, and uncover new opportunities across today's most influential paid media platforms.
Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
• Launch and manage paid media campaigns across social, search, and emerging channels, supporting audience targeting, ad copy alignment, creative testing, bidding, pacing, and budget allocation.
• Optimize campaign performance by reviewing data daily, identifying trends, reducing inefficient spend, managing delivery, and refining bidding strategies to improve results against campaign KPIs.
• Drive scalable growth and stronger returns by continuously testing creative, audiences, bidding strategies, attribution approaches, and platform capabilities.
• Partner with platforms including Meta, Google, and TikTok to test new ad products, respond to platform updates, and implement capabilities that strengthen campaign execution.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve workflow efficiency, accelerate testing, and identify new opportunities for campaign optimization.
• Maintain daily and monthly forecasts, monitor performance against goals, and surface insights that support informed budget and optimization decisions.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations and share learnings across the Performance Media Group to support broader growth initiatives.
Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
• 1 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with self-service paid media platforms, ideally including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with an interest in emerging channels, formats, and platform features.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is preferred.
• Comfort working with campaign performance data, large datasets, and metrics such as ROAS, pacing, margins, and other performance KPIs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage budget changes, ongoing creative testing, and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Curiosity about AI-powered tools and the ability to use emerging technology to improve campaign execution, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
• A growth mindset and enthusiasm for performance marketing, experimentation, platform innovation, and evolving ad-tech trends.
• This role is based in New York City and requires working in the office four days per week.
Salary/Benefits
$66,300 - $70,000 /year USD
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
