Help shape how millions of audiences discover and engage with iconic media brands. As a Paid Social Buyer at Hearst Magazines, you'll play a key role in driving performance across social platforms, using data, creativity, and collaboration to deliver impactful campaigns that connect readers with world-class content.
Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
• Launch and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
• Set up ads, select creative assets, and write or edit ad copy to support campaign objectives.
• Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and overall performance to ensure success against KPIs.
• Analyze campaign data and reporting metrics including click-through-rate, engagement, video completion rates, and page views to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Ad Operations, and Editorial teams to support campaign strategy and execution.
• Provide insights and recommendations on targeting strategies, platform capabilities, and campaign performance.
• Contribute ideas and best practices during team brainstorming sessions to help improve campaign effectiveness and innovation.
• Stay informed on emerging social platforms, trends, and paid media opportunities to continuously evolve campaign strategies.
Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
• 1 years of experience in paid social media buying, digital advertising, or a related field.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and a strong understanding of both established and emerging channels.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify actionable insights.
• Comfortable working in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with paid social buying tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• This role is based in NYC and follows a hybrid schedule with in-office attendance required 4 days per week.

Salary/Benefits
$66,300 - $70,000 /year USD
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
