Join the Hearst Data Studio as Senior Product and Business Manager working on our LIFT Platform. LIFT 2.0 is an interface to enable the buy and spend optimization of traffic campaigns on multiple platforms against our global content portfolio.
We are looking for a data driven, ambitious problem solver to join our team to drive innovative product development and be a shepherd for this interface bringing an understanding and knowledge base of traffic acquisition strategies in the digital publishing world along with a strong sense of user experience.
The main focus will be on expansion of LIFT to become an enterprise level program with a simple interface to allow our revenue operations teams to focus on buy, spend strategies. This role reports to a General Manager of the Data Studio and serves and both the product and business lead for LIFT product.
Responsibilities
• Lead our efforts on both the product and business front for LIFT 2.0
• Collaborate on product planning, documentation and on-going migration of multiple properties to a global interface built from ground up.
• Collaborate on product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such as user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.
• Support the end-to-end development process from planning, to working sessions, to feature review and everything in-between.
• Work with internal customers (revenue ops, media buyers, analytics, data science, and management) to bring meaningful product solutions to drive lift and behavior change.
• Ensure the technology being built meets the needs of the business side
Desired Skills and Experience
• 5 years product management experience in digital publishing, technology., or finance company.
• Track record executing in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Deep understanding of the media landscape, specifically around Social, Search and Native
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Strong quantitative skills and an understanding of how to design & analyze tests
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deliverables and projects at once, sticking to deadlines
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
