This is a Full Time Job
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence to join our team. The BI Analyst will play a key role in analyzing data and creating reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to the business. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs and translate those into meaningful, actionable reporting. Your work will help drive key decisions and optimize business processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do:
• Work closely with BI team to define business requirements for reporting and data analysis
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business goals
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and inform decision-making
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with organizational goals
• Present findings in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings
• Support the BI leadership team in maintaining consistent and effective reporting standards across the organization
• Monitor and ensure the quality and consistency of data presented in reports and dashboards
QUALIFICATIONS
Who You Are:
• 3 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and BI tools (e.g., DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable business insights
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to a non-technical audience
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and best practices in analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with Google Analytics, Salesforce, or other business applications
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation
