Ever wonder how our most iconic magazine covers and photo shoots come together? Have a deep appreciation for celebrity makeup artists, manicurists, and models? The Hearst Visual Group is the force behind those shoots for iconic brands like Cosmopolitan, Woman's Health, Marie Claire, and Good Housekeeping, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Bookings Editor to oversee the casting of models, influencers, makeup artists, hair stylists, and manicurists.

Your impact
We're looking for a booker with an impeccable eye and a knack for knowing who the biggest industry movers and shakers are. The Senior Books Editor will oversee the casting of models, influencers, makeup artists, and manicurists, handling shoots for both print and digital. This includes covers, fashion and beauty features, front-of-book and special projects.
What you'll do
• Work with visual, fashion and beauty editors, as well as creative directors and photographers, to cast models, influencers, makeup artists, hairstylists, and manicurists for shoots
• Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with model, hair, and makeup agencies to ensure the brands are always shooting with the highest caliber talent
• Regularly meet with new talent to assess if they are right for each brand
• Provide all relevant credits and check proofs for any potential errors or omissions
• Book all flights and accommodations for talent
• Work with celebrity publicists, photographers, visual editors, and entertainment editors to coordinate hair, makeup and manicurists for celebrity cover shoots
What you'll bring
• At least 5 years experience of talent booking in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle space
• Excellent knowledge of a broad spectrum of models, influencers, agents, makeup artists, hair stylists, manicurists, and continually striving to spot future talent that feels new and fresh for our publications
• Meticulous, regimented organizational skills and the ability to work well within a team (we're fun, we promise!)
• Creativity, proactivity, and the ability to work effectively and efficiently with a discernible eye for brands' needs
