Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
Drive revenue by monetizing logos, award emblems, and editorial content related to accolades
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective licensees
Monitor RSS feeds daily to identify sellable content and award opportunities
Analyze market trends and identify white space opportunities for new accolade franchises
Become an expert in your sales vertical to deeply understand customer needs and market dynamics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including editorial, marketing, legal, and sales
Manage content usage requests through Hearst's Atlas system
Submit and track licensing invoices and agreements
Maintain accurate records of licensing transactions, including sales, leads, and renewals
Ensure high-quality and timely processing of all licensing requests
Monitor for unauthorized use of Hearst's intellectual property and take appropriate action
Support additional projects and tasks as assigned by your manager
Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
Proven experience in sales, licensing, brand management, or related fields
Strong relationship-building and client management skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to spot trends and act on them
Highly organized and comfortable working with systems and documentation
Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Hybrid role based in our New York City office (in-office presence required per team guidelines)
