Help shape the future of video storytelling across some of the most iconic media brands. As a Post Production Supervisor on the Central Video team, you'll play a critical role in bringing high-quality content to life-ensuring every frame meets the highest creative and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
• Oversee video projects from media ingest through final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness
• Review final video cuts for quality control, including spelling, framing, graphics placement, audio, music, sound effects, and continuity
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume pipeline of video reviews, coordinating workflows with video leadership
• Guide and support a team of editors, providing feedback, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical assistance
• Collaborate with producers, brand leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout post-production
• Troubleshoot technical and workflow challenges in Adobe Premiere and other post-production tools
• Vet, test, and implement graphics packages (including MOGRT files) to ensure seamless editor workflows
• Partner with leadership to refine and improve post-production processes, tools, and systems
Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
• 5 years of experience in a post-production environment, ideally in a supervisory or lead capacity
• Proven experience delivering video content in a broadcast and/or digital media environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support post-production workflows
• Experience working with graphics workflows, including testing and implementing MOGRT files
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong quality control mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Experience mentoring or managing editors or junior team members
• Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Frame.io, Airtable, Media Shuttle, or similar systems is a plus
• Experience working across multiple brands or stakeholders is preferred
• Hybrid schedule with in-office presence in New York City 4 days per week

Salary/Benefits
$88,000 - $95,000 /year USD
The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors.
