Your Impact:
Hearst's Performance Marketing team works strategically with Affiliate Partnerships, Programmatic Yield, and Edit teams to launch, optimize, and analyze search & social campaigns to drive profitable traffic across our digital brands. As a part of this team, the Performance Marketing Associate will be responsible for media buying and traffic acquisition across self-serve tools such as Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, possess a passion for analytics, and get excited about learning new skills. What You'll Do:
• Launch and maintain paid media campaigns including setting them up, selecting creative images, writing and editing ad copy, and managing campaign performance
• Run and analyze campaign reporting to determine optimization opportunities for your portfolio of campaigns
• Collaborate, share results, and brainstorm with other team members to help shape campaign strategy
• Provide feedback to our edit teams on which topics and types of content are resonating with our audiences
Who You Are:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field
• Experience in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Comfortable working with large data sets and adept at organizing and interpreting data
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Commerce, digital media, search, or social buying experience is a plus, but not required
