Hearst Magazines is looking for a Coordinator to join our Partnerships team. As a Partnerships Coordinator you will support key initiatives and assist in developing strategies to help our brands achieve growth with large social and syndication partners including, Meta, Microsoft, Pinterest and others.
The ideal candidate has experience in digital and social media, exceptional attention to detail, a knack for spotting audience trends, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. You are organized, resourceful, driven, and able to hit deadlines. Enthusiasm for media, news and current events is a plus!
RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do:
• Maintain performance trackers and databases to help inform strategy for various text and video partners.
• Assist in the creation of monthly data & revenue reporting for several social platforms and coordinate best practices and optimizations with editorial.
• Compile insights to help inform content strategies.
• Support partnership lead in creating and maintaining best practices materials.
• Work with other team members and editorial to conduct various platform content/marketing tests as needed.
• Assist with pitching and content optimization as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Who You Are:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in social media, audience development or a related field.
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their trends.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with analytics tools.
• Strategic thinker who can use data to craft creative concepts.
• Previous work in an editorial or media environment preferred.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly detail-oriented with an ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Strong familiarity with our media brands and content.
This position is based in the NYC office 3 days a week. No remote option.
