Your Role
Hearst Magazine Media is looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to join our Partnerships team in New York, NY. As a Partnerships Coordinator you will support key initiatives on Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter as well as assist with managing our TikTok partnership. If you are smart, flexible, and a social native who has a knack for spotting audience trends and engagement opportunities, you will be set up for success.
What you'll do
• Project manage production schedule, uploads, and reporting schedules for existing shows
• on Snapchat.
• Own the optimization of Snapchat shows.
• Oversee partnership communication, reporting/insights and help inform strategy for TikTok
• Create monthly data & revenue reporting for platforms
• Manage various platform content/marketing tests as needed
• Assist with content pitch decks.
• Engage with online communities as needed.
Who you are
• 1 year of experience in digital media or a related field.
• You have a strong analytical ability.
• You love thinking strategically and use data to craft creative concepts.
• You are quite proficient in MS Office, Google Analytics and have experience with CrowdTangle, KeyNote, and ideally Adobe.
• You have a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Your experience with social editorial and video experience is a huge plus.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in related field.
