Hearst Magazines Digital Media is looking for a Manager of Revenue Operations. This role will be responsible for providing analytics and business insights into Hearst Digital Media's programmatic revenue. This role will also be responsible for managing many of Hearst Digital Media's ad tech relationships and contracts. This position will report into the Director of Revenue Operations and work closely with the finance, yield, sales and operations teams across Hearst Digital Media.
Responsibilities:
• - Provide continuous reporting and business insights for Hearst Digital Media's programmatic revenue
• - Develop and maintain automated reporting infrastructure to provide continuous insights to key stakeholders
• - Manage Hearst Digital Media's existing and future ad tech contracts and relationships
• - Deliver analysis and recommendations on programmatic partner performance, inventory allocation, and pricing
• - Own communication and reporting of product revenue and yield trends to senior leadership
• - Apply quantitative techniques and systems to drive yield optimization, increase operational efficiencies, and unlock new revenue opportunities
• - Develop quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, models, to support decision making
• - Use trends and market insights to develop valuable recommendations
Qualifications:
• -
Education:
BA/BS in business, statistics, advertising or related field
• 2-4 years of finance and/or analytics experience (digital advertising experience preferred)
• - lf-starter with the ability to multi-task and with a proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines
• - Experience with online advertising platforms a plus (DFP, DBM, Salesforce, AppNexus, STAQ, DOMO)
• - Data driven thinking, excellent quantitative skills
• - Strong analytical skills
• - Strong project management skills preferred
• - Power user of Microsoft Excel
• - Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment
• - Excellent written and communication skills
