Your impact:
Hearst Direct Media is looking for an Integrated Account Manager to service existing client and agency relationships for the direct response category, across print and digital channels, while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities and revenue streams. Responsibility is focused on meeting an exceeding revenue and budget goals while driving profitable growth for the territory.
What you'll do:
• Servicing existing client base
• Negotiating rates and CPMs across the Hearst brands
• Identifying and generating new business prospects through multiple channels. These channels include magazines, websites, social, out of home, television, direct mail and package inserts programs, both within and outside of the core competitive sets
• Utilizing syndicated research, custom research, and Hearst data to maintain and generate new business opportunities
• Working with individual brand marketing staffs to strategize and generate ideas and develop custom proposals for both existing and prospective clients
• Developing rate strategies with management
• Working closely with brand management and production on deadlines, extensions, ad positioning, etc.
• Completing print and digital RFPs for new and existing business
• Attending brand events and weekly/monthly sales meetings, in addition to trade shows, industry conferences, etc. (when applicable)
• Maintaining accurate and up to date sales records including POs, contracts, billing reports, account assignments, rates and other records/reports (e.g.: share of market competitive reports and daily Salesforce entries as required by management)
• Prospecting and managing new business opportunities beyond those accounts that will be handled for the assigned brand(s).
