In this role, you will be a key contributor to the full lifecycle of data science projects that directly influence the direction of our products and strategies. You will work with massive and rich datasets to build machine learning models and generate critical insights that enhance user engagement, optimize content strategy, and create value for our advertising partners. This is a hands-on role for a problem-solver who is excited to tackle complex challenges and make a tangible impact on the future of media.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do:

• Applied Machine Learning: Develop and implement a range of machine learning models to solve business problems such as content recommendation, audience segmentation, user churn prediction, and programmatic advertising optimization.
• In-Depth Analysis: Go beyond surface-level metrics to conduct deep-dive analyses, translating complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for our editorial, product, and commercial teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers to build robust data pipelines and partner with product managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective data-driven solutions.
• Effective Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate your findings, methodologies, and the "so what" of your analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports and presentations.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing models and processes, and stay current with the latest techniques and technologies in the field of data science.
