Help shape how millions of readers discover and engage with the most iconic voices in fashion and luxury. This role sits at the intersection of editorial creativity and data-driven strategy, turning insights into meaningful audience growth.
Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
• Lead end-to-end content strategy for multiple Fashion & Luxury brands, driving audience growth and valuable conversions (e.g., commerce, subscriptions, newsletters)
• Partner with senior editorial leaders to shape coverage and distribution strategies across Search, Discover, social, newsletters, Apple News, and onsite platforms
• Translate performance data into actionable insights, moving from analysis to clear recommendations and measurable impact
• Run experiments and growth initiatives, building structured project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring strong execution and follow-through
• Conduct regular performance deep-dives and competitive analyses to identify opportunities, content gaps, and areas for optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Commerce, Partnerships, and Product to align on strategy and amplify results
• Champion content best practices through training, workshops, and ongoing enablement for editorial teams
• Drive adoption of emerging tools and technologies, including AI, by testing, scaling, and embedding effective workflows
Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
• 5 years of experience in content strategy, audience development, or a related field, ideally within a fast-paced editorial environment
• Strong editorial instincts with a clear point of view on what resonates with fashion and luxury audiences
• Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Google Trends)
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex datasets
• Demonstrated ability to turn data into compelling narratives, insights, and actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across editorial, product, and business teams
• Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement
• Based in New York City with the ability to work in-office 4 days per week (hybrid schedule)
