We operate over two dozen major websites for print digital brands such as Cosmopolitan, Esquire, Elle, Good Housekeeping and Seventeen as well as digital-only brands like Snapchat Sweet and Delish.
The Client Service Ad Product Manager is responsible for ideating and creating advertising products for clients spending lower tier budgets. You will be focused on how to create turn-key and strategic products for the team to sell and execute against. You will be part of a sales support team who is focused on smaller deal sizes in order to better service clients across display media, content, and social components. This role will take on unique marketplace challenges and craft industry-leading solutions to both increase existing business and create efficiencies in how we service certain deal sizes.
You will be the ad product manager and strategist for the Client Service Management team, responsible for creation, development, launch, and execution of these ad products. This will include creating materials to train and educate sellers and sales support teams on these products to ensure the success of each. You will have a deep understanding of our ad products, packages and business rules for deals of a certain size and will be responsible for enhancing and building new products so we can remain competitive at this spend threshold.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create compelling ad products that drive revenue, maintain profit margin and comply with our business rules.
• Ideate, develop, and create ad products that will allow us to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace
• Create materials and detailed process for training and execution of each product
• Act as a sales engineer for each product across sales and sales support teams
• Monitor and optimize ad product performance to iterate quickly, build new products when needed, and cut products where appropriate
• Produce and manage revenue forecast against each ad product
REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-2 years digital experience with a background in ad product, marketing, and/or yield/pricing
• Ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines across multiple clients
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Out of the box creative thinker
• Able to demonstrate strong prioritization and time management skills
• Flexible, personable attitude; ability to develop excellent professional relationships with all level of personnel
• BA/BS required
• Previous AdBook and DFP experience preferred
