This is a Full Time Job
What You'll Do
• Prep listings for launching as live auctions, including:
• Creating an inventory of seller submission data and photos.
• Organizing photos in accordance with BaT standards.
• Working with sellers and team members on adding informational updates to listings.
• Act as the point of contact for sellers during the initial stages of listing creation up to the point of auction go-live and responding to sellers in a timely and professional manner
• Provide customer support such as answering questions, giving advice or tips, and addressing seller concerns/worries.
• Handle and prioritize work on a large queue of listings in various stages prior to the listing going live in auction.
• Shepherd listings through the system and serve as the ''original expert'' on the history of a listing as it is touched by other teams.
• Complete assigned work queue on a daily basis.
• Additional duties and projects as needed.
