POSITION: ASSOCIATE PRODUCER / CONTENT MANAGER: Clevver Style
Job Summary
The position is responsible for the upload & management of videos on Clevver Style's YouTube channel, monitoring & reporting channel analytics, as well as contributing to the creative development process for existing shows & new series. S/he will drive required metadata, tagging, titling, thumbnails, exports and project management documentation. S/he will also work with the Clevver Style creative team to brainstorm video concepts, help on-set during production and provide assistance with post-production when necessary. Candidates should be familiar with personality-driven YouTube and/or women's lifestyle content. Additionally, candidates must be able to collect and present platform analytics. Ability to use photoshop is a plus. Familiarity with other platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat & Twitter, also a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate tags, titles and thumbnails for every video upload, using YouTube's platform best practices
• Interface with the brand and their internal resources to optimize content performance
• Write copy for video descriptions, community page posts and comments
• Produce Daily/Weekly/Monthly Channel Analytics Reports
• Pitch content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & YouTube Community Page
• Pitch YouTube episode ideas
• Pitch new series concepts
• Converse with Producers & Post team to help automate solutions when possible
• Assist with video pre-production process & on-set during shoot days
• Oversee technical adjustments to content
• Coordinate necessary art assets
• Coordinate platform access where necessary
• Distribute videos on internal content management site
• Update Team on Progress/Status/Issues/Troubleshooting on weekly basis at minimum
Requirements / Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 4 years prior experience in Publishing on YouTube and/or Digital Distribution
• Experience with procuring and presenting back-end analytics
• Experience with producing video content
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to complete requests within an allotted time frame
• Ability to learn, and advise / improve upon internal product
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others
