Hearst Magazines Digital Media is looking for an Associate Manager, Partnership Operations in New York, NY. This person will support the day to day operations of the Partnerships team by using data to drive off-platform revenue for Hearst Magazines as well as improving processes and workflows for the team. This person should be very familiar with the world of digital media, and have an ability to prioritize and tackle both big and small projects. This role will report into the Director, Partnership Operations.
Responsibilities
Deep dive and prepare insight-driven analyses of off-platform content performance and revenue data to guide strategy and drive revenue growth for our brands
Manage monthly reporting for specific content partners such as Twitter, Apple, and OTT platforms.
Work within Partnerships team and cross-functionally within Hearst to develop innovative solutions to business questions and processes
Act as liaison with tech team to gather requirements and develop features for partner content distribution
Implement tools and processes that help streamline operations for partnerships team
Ad-hoc analysis and business reporting
Requirements
1-2 years of relevant experience, including business analysis, project management, or process improvement
Strong quantitative skills & expertise in Microsoft Excel
Innate curiosity, always asking ''how can we do this better?'' and providing actionable solutions
Experience aggregating data and working with large datasets
Proficient in Google Analytics, Crowdtangle, Looker, Domo, etc
