This is a Full Time Job
This role's primary focus is the creation and delivery of programming publicity campaigns for HBO and Max content as it rolls out on Max's global platform alongside key additional licensees in international markets.
Please note - this is a fixed-term contract for 9 months.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Create and deliver effective publicity campaigns to support the international roll-out of assigned HBO and Max titles.
• Partner with the domestic publicity teams at Max to ensure consistent messaging and handling of content, and work in close collaboration with the International Marketing team.
• Providing support to broadcasters who have licensed HBO and Max programming, including clear and concise delivery of messaging and updates.
• Identify opportunities, proactively and reactively secure and manage talent participation in international junkets, interviews and other media opportunities, managing talent schedules as required.
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to HBO and Max, WM International TV Sales, international licensees, production partners and talent reps.
• Support the international publicity team on the shaping and implementation of wider global initiatives as required, across content and in support of Max launches globally.
Qualifications and Experience…
• Specific experience in entertainment publicity, ideally with knowledge of and interest in the international landscape
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain key collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good judgement and ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to schedule work efficiently and work well under time constraints and across multiple projects at the same time
• Ability and desire to travel
