Executive Assistant, HBO Drama Programming
Location: Culver City, California
Department: Warner Bros. Discovery
This role provides support to the Vice President and Director of HBO Drama Programming. The Assistant will handle various administrative duties and assist with project submissions and development.
Role Accountabilities:
• Manage daily calendars, answer phones, roll calls, and prepare expense reports.
• Make travel arrangements.
• Handle heavy office administration, including logging submissions, maintaining files, managing databases, and tracking materials.
• Conduct research related to projects in development, production, and post-production.
• Read scripts, write script coverage, and draft comparisons for submissions, development, and current series.
• Provide support with general production and development tasks.
Qualifications/Skills:
• Basic Qualifications:
- Must have excellent written communication skills.
- A thorough understanding of the development and production process.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Filemaker Pro for PC.

Compensation:
