As the Corporate Communications Executive for EMEA, you'll be a vital part of a small but mighty team, supporting the Corporate Communications management team. Your mission? To help shape and deliver compelling external communications strategies, campaigns, and events that elevate Warner Bros. Discovery's profile and presence.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of creativity and strategy-collaborating with key Communications teams across our international network (HBO, Theatrical and Sports) to bring our corporate story to life in meaningful and memorable ways.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Drive impactful communications: Support the planning and execution of strategic communications across Studios, Streaming, and Networks.
• Create standout content: Craft high-quality written and visual materials – press releases, briefing documents, presentations, and more.
• Support major events: Help coordinate key moments like Max launches and stakeholder engagements. You'll manage invite lists, brief creatives, and draft engaging social copy.
• Keep us aligned: Maintain internal documents and trackers that guide our strategy and ensure alignment with global stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor the news agenda and identify opportunities for WBD to engage with media, industry events, and speaking platforms.
• Collaborate across borders: Work closely with PR and communications teams across EMEA to ensure consistency, alignment, and shared success.
Qualifications & Experience…
• A solid understanding of or experience in entertainment, media or tech communications.
• Detail-driven and organised, with the ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
• Discreet and professional when handling sensitive or confidential information.
• A natural communicator who builds strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Team player who is ready to work with others from the wider organisation, mostly in offices across EMEA.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
