This is a Full Time Job
The Coordinator for the HBO and Max Originals Marketing team will support the development and execution of integrated campaigns for HBO and Max's Drama and Documentary titles. You will work closely with the marketing team, assisting both the Strategy and Creative Marketing areas for single-title drama, documentary, and unscripted programs. Your responsibilities will include launching multiplatform campaigns across digital platforms, social media, partnerships, and real-world experiential events. This role primarily focuses on day-to-day program support, encompassing audience strategy, social strategy, campaign creative development, activations and stunts, partnerships and promotions, and cross-functional coordination. You will report to the Director, Originals Marketing or Sr. Manager, Originals Marketing.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Coordinating communication among cross-functional stakeholders, along with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking notes, and maintaining project boards and campaign trackers.
• Developing marketing strategy materials, which include campaign timelines, promotional activation and partnership briefs, and go-to-market presentations.
• Shaping and executing marketing strategies and tactics across various channels, including social media, paid media, promotions, and partnerships.
• Creating and executing creative assets for HBO & Max Originals campaigns, encompassing comprehensive 360 Creative Marketing, and producing Key Art, audio/visual materials (in collaboration with the Marketing A/V team), as well as digital and social content.
• Assisting in organizing and filing a high volume of assets within the department for research, fact-finding, and tracking trends related to campaigns.
• Organizing creative assets, developing briefs and marketing decks, providing script coverage and notes, and performing additional tasks to support the team as needed.

• Digitally savvy, with an understanding of content streaming and social media platforms.
• Experience with Photoshop, Google Slides, Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience…
• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred, or 1-3 years of work experience, preferentially within the entertainment industry

• Demonstrates flexibility & resilience in the face of change and uncertainty, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to switch between multiple projects with ease.
• Ability to work proactively, and effectively prioritize workload independently
• High level of integrity and discretion, with the ability to work with sensitive information
• Basic understanding/knowledge of creative and production process as they relate to marketing
• Occasional overtime and weekend hours

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,224.00 - $78,416.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
