The Job
The Campaign Management Coordinator is responsible for managing the creation and delivery of thousands of assets per year that will be distributed to the HBO and Max linear and streaming services as well as social and paid media and off-channel advertising. Working with internal producers, as well as outside agencies and vendors, the coordinator is directly responsible for managing the end to end process for all assets while also working closely with the Originals Marketing team on holistic timelines and milestones across the marketing lifecycle of original programming. This underlying support structure is critical in keeping all promotional video assets and marketing milestones on target to ensure deadlines are met and on budget for all of our various distribution platforms.
The Daily
• Manage all campaign timelines, milestones, and key beats info in all marketing trackers and project management tools.
• Schedule, run and recap various production, strategy, and tactical meetings.
• Meet with various programming/production teams and disseminate all status updates to the wider team.
• Work with Originals Marketing, MAV, Promo Planning and Scheduling on campaign promo strategy.
• Track and manage all assets from ideation until delivery.
• Manage deadlines, system tracking, graphic needs, content restrictions, various platform requests, file creations/delivery for all assets
• Work as a point of contact for agencies:
• Manage assets flowing through MAV & post production vendors to ensure dates and deliveries are being met.
• Onboard new agencies and track, execute & deliver agency assets.
• Create and deliver all necessary tune-in tags for all relevant platforms (social, off channel, linear, on demand and streaming platforms).
• Partner with the finishing team and MAV to finalize all asset deliverables and their respective derivatives.
• Responsible for final content QC of all deliverables.
• Manage asset distribution– ensure all platforms have final files through various delivery methods
• Facilitate execution for all paid media
• Work with the Growth and Merchandizing teams on managing and executing their custom content
The Essentials?
• A minimum of 2 years relevant project management experience in the media/entertainment field
• Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Monday.com and/or Airtable
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments requiring teamwork and flexibility
• Ability to track and keep projects on schedule, manage tight deadlines, and shift priorities at a moment's notice
• Excellent attention to detail, solid follow-up skills, ability to think strategically and solve problems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interface at senior levels within and outside the organization
• Knowledge of post-production concepts
• Experience with paid advertising and new media platforms

Pay Range: $45,500.00 - $84,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
