The Job
WarnerMedia seeks a Vice President for the Growth and Revenue team in its DTC business unit. As VP, Revenue & Growth, you will be responsible for managing HBO Max's role within the broader AT&T consumer ecosystem, as well as key cross-functional initiatives that drive HBO Max growth. This includes the following:
The Daily
• Create, implement, and manage cross-functional campaigns to support HBO Max as a part of the broader AT&T consumer ecosystem
• Identify and oversee KPIs for DTC initiatives within multi-product go-to-market programs
• Represent HBO Max with senior executives across WarnerMedia and AT&T
• Work with Data Science to quantify impact of key initiatives and identify new opportunities for growth
• Project manage initiatives in support of corporate-wide objectives across Growth Marketing, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Studios and Networks, Sales and Distribution, and other key departments and functions.
• Coordinate DTC initiatives across content, marketing, product, distribution, and operations to drive subscriber acquisition and engagement
• Create, implement, and collaborate on strategies and infrastructure that expand testing capabilities and velocity across DTC business
The Essentials
• 10 years of leadership experience within multi-product portfolios, with experience in telecom preferred
• Acquisition marketing experience, with experience in performance marketing preferred
• Extensive experience leading large-scale programs/projects with high impact in business, technology, finance, marketing, entertainment, or related fields
• A deep knowledge of the video streaming business, the telecom business, and the overarching Technology, Media, and Telecommunications space
• Confident leader who can prioritize well and communicate clearly, both verbal and written, across all levels of the organization with a proven ability to influence others
• Takes action with strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
