Full Time Unpaid Internship
The Intern, Campaign Management will assist in developing and implementing the Growth Marketing campaign strategy and vision for HBO Max. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on the team responsible for Growth Marketing Campaign Management and Promotions developing 360, seasonal, and audience specifics programs to drive growth.
The Daily
• Get a view into how we plan, concept, and develop 360, seasonal, and audience campaigns from end to end.
• Perform ad hoc analysis of competitive landscape and industry trends.
• Assist in data collection and analytics for continuous editorial improvements.
• Research and present on new partnership opportunities to expand reach and drive consideration.
• Support campaign planning execution to drive volume, increase consideration and grow the subscriber base for HBO Max.
• Develop relationships with cross functional teams to gain a deeper understanding of roles and responsibilities within growth marketing.
• Assist in creating wrap up reports for key beat campaigns to share with internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for capturing recap notes and next step for team meetings.
• Assist with QA and oversight of campaign milestones.
The Essentials
• Prior experience and success in setting strategic context and helping develop creatives.
• Excellent writing skills
• Knowledge of competitive landscape including SVOD and OTT services.
• Detail oriented, organized, adept at prioritizing tasks
• Developed creative taste and strong instinct for stories and experiences that will capture consumers.
• Ability to actively engage in strategic conversations with social insights and community perspectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and accountable with executive-level presence.
• Ability to adapt rapidly in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience in campaign management and/or related experience at an entertainment media company a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite.
• Able to manage multiple projects at a fast pace and high volume.

• Able to manage multiple projects at a fast pace and high volume.
• Savvy in building presentations and able to synthesize one-line positioning and visualizing proposals.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite.
Internship Program
• Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for full duration of the internship.
• Summer 2021 program dates are June 7th - August 13th; must be available for full program duration.
• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) designed to work around class schedule.
• Fully remote/virtual experience; company owned laptop provided for the duration of the internship program.
• Salary based on office location; relocation is not provided.
• This position is targeted toward upperclassmen and graduate students.
