This is a Part Time Job
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistants to bring this experience to life on the shopfloor every day. In this role, you'll be the face of the store - welcoming customers, delivering memorable service and working at pace to keep the shop running smoothly during busy trading periods.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Deliver warm, friendly and engaging customer service, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
• Create memorable, personalised experiences that inspire customers to return again and again.
• Engage customers confidently, offering product knowledge and assistance to support their visit.
• Maintain high shopfloor standards, ensuring products are well presented and the environment is clean and inviting.
• Work with pace and efficiency to replenish stock and maintain product availability throughout the day.
• Support back-of-house activity, including delivery processing, stock organisation and replenishment.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities during busy periods, remaining calm and positive at all times.
• Follow all health & safety, loss prevention and cash handling procedures.

• Passion for delivering great customer service.
• Positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Willingness to work across shopfloor and back-of-house areas.
• Retail experience is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided.
Working Pattern...
• This is a part-time role, 32 hours per week, on a seven-day rota including weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Working hours are between 7am and 10pm.

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
