Come fly with Hawke! We are looking for a Senior Lifecycle Expert that demonstrates specialized knowledge in email, SMS and Loyalty marketing best practices and advanced strategies. You possess a strong leadership presence and consistently think of innovative ways to execute ideas and process with a 'think outside of the box' mentality. With an emphasis on training, you will be expected to support the management team in developing the email team's strategies, having an impact on the team at-large.

Qualifications
You Must Have
• 3+ years of email marketing or lifecycle marketing experience
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Klaviyo, Hubspot a plus
• Stellar project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced atmosphere
• Strategic thinking, prioritization skills and troubleshooting are in your DNA
• Firm understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically email marketing best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - comfortable with daily video conferencing calls
• Experience executing comprehensive list segmentation, lifecycle drip automations and triggered events within an ESP
• Deep knowledge marketing metrics such as ROI, ROAS, AOV, CTR, etc.
• Constantly challenges the status quo to find novel solutions to campaign planning execution, reporting and internal processes.
• Loyalty and SMS marketing knowledge a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in Photoshop, copywriting, HTML is a plus
• Broad understanding of email service providers, fluency in at least 3 Hawke preferred systems (Mailchimp and Klaviyo, enterprise system)
• Bonus points for any CRM or Enterprise platform certification
• Knowledge of best practices for creating optimized email templates (including responsive design), dynamic content, testing methodologies, list segmentation, deliverability and CAN-SPAM laws
• Experience with or understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture or similar)
• Positive, 'can-do' and 'will-do' attitude at all times, no days off.
