Citrus College is looking for an experienced Production Manager (aka Technical Supervisor) to run the technical side of two venues: the Haugh Performing Arts Center and the Citrus College Little Theater.
If you love the puzzle of making a show happen - juggling producers, crews, and rental clients while keeping quality high and the budget intact - this could be your next gig.
The role: You'll advance every production coming through the Haugh, then organize and supervise load-in, rehearsal, performance, and strike for everything from in-house professional productions to rentals to Citrus College's own shows and events. You'll be the connective tissue between producers, house crew, the shop coordinator, faculty and students, rental users, and technical personnel - keeping communication open, consistent, and effective across the board. You'll also keep an eye on the building itself, diagnosing and planning the maintenance and improvements that keep the Haugh running at its best.

The Haugh Performing Arts Center, located on the campus of Citrus College, is a 1,400-seat proscenium theater that hosts professional touring productions, academic theatre and musical theatre productions, dance recitals, concerts, lectures, screenings, and other community events. Citrus College is also home to the Citrus College Little Theater.
