Post Production Production Assistant

This is a Full Time Job

We're a full-service creative studio and production company located in Studio City. We're growing rapidly and looking to add an experienced full-time post PA to our team. The candidate must have a solid work ethic, work well within a tight knit company, and not be afraid to think outside the box. This role reports to the Post Producer and assists the post production department. RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Maintaining project and hard drive database
• Copying drives
• Logging footage
• Shipping and messengering hard drives to clients & vendors
• Heavy assistance with quality control & assurance 
• Taking notes and tracking project updates
• Creating post calendars, cue sheets, and transcripts
• Overall assistance in getting projects delivered on time QUALIFICATIONS 
• Passion for post production
• Great organizational skills and attention to details with an emphasis on time management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tech savvy
• Comfortable engaging with clients, directors, creatives, etc.
• Self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible and able to pivot when necessary
• Ability to handle a fast paced environment assisting on several projects at various points from development through delivery
• Ability to respond after hours for important, timely or urgent matters and is discrete in maintaining confidential information WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent, relevant work experience
• 1-2 years of professional experience in a fast paced post production environment
• G Suite
• Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop skills preferred 
• Editing knowledge is a plus
• Camera knowledge is a plus
