Camera Prep Technician

This is a Full Time Job

Hand Held Films is currently seeking a full-time camera prep technician who is able to collaborate with fellow employees and contribute to a productive workflow.

Requirements:
• Background or experience in filmmaking equipment required.
• Personable and professional demeanor while interacting with clientele.
• Excellent phone etiquette and written/oral communication skills.
• Must be accountable to work independently and complete all tasks assigned.
• Aptitude for learning new equipment and programs is essential.
• Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Team player and good attendance is a must.

Duties:
• Prep daily camera rental packages.
• Assist clients during check-outs with equipment needs and technical questions.
• Answer phone calls and emails regarding client questions and/or concerns about their rentals.
• Establish and maintain a neat and organized work environment.
• Assist the camera returns department during slow hours if needed.
• Create and send Purchase Orders for equipment.
• Organize shipments through FedEx and UPS

Hourly Wage commensurate with experience, looking for someone to start immediately.
