We are a medium size AV/lighting production company specializing in experiential events, corprate events and private concerts. Our work primarily takes place in the Tri-State area, within a two-hour radius of New York City, though we occasionally travel and fly out for events. Our warehouse is located in the Rockaways, where we spend time between events preparing and planning.

Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time GrandMA operator to play a key role in overseeing our lighting department. This position involves serving as L1 on some events and L2 on others.

Key responsibilities include:
• Setting up and patching lighting fixtures.
• Assisting with technical planning and drawings for events.
• Operating the lighting console during events (as L1 or L2, depending on the event).

Requirements:
• Experience: Must have GrandMA experience and a background in theater or decor events.
• Location: Must live within one hour of our warehouse in the Rockaways.
• Flexibility: Our schedule is dynamic, so availability and adaptability are crucial.
• Attitude: Must be a team player with a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Skills: Vectorworks knowledge is a plus but not required.

This is a full-time, year-round position with steady work. While workloads may fluctuate, we stay consistently busy throughout the year. We are looking for someone with a growth-oriented mindset who can contribute to our team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
