Intern - PR/Marketing

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Haig/Leu Productions is an independent documentary production company. We are looking for students to help us with the PR/marketing of our current feature project. Students should be entrepreneurial in nature and be willing to take charge of their own marketing campaign. An interest in independent film and an indie spirit is a must.

This is a great opportunity to work with award-winning filmmakers and gain experience in film marketing/pr. At the end of this internship, interns will receive invaluable experience, credits in the film, passes to premiere parties and film festivals, creative input in the film. This is a great way to be part of a good cause.

Intern duties and responsibilities include:
-Develop a marketing/PR campaign or strategy for the film
-Offer creative input and feedback on the film
-Generate ideas for ways to raise awareness about the film
-Assist with multiple social media tools, including Facebook and Twitter
-Develop an editorial calendar for social posts

Intern qualifications must include:
-Responsible, organized self-starter
-Film marketing/PR experience
-Social media savvy
-Solid writing and communications skills
