Entry Level Assistant to Agent
Looking for a self-starter with problem solving skills, detail oriented, efficient and well organized. Candidate must have a genuine interest in talent management and a professional attitude and want to become an agent. This is a very part time position with possible opportunity to grow into a Junior Agent.
This is a small, boutique agency with one full time agent and has been in business for over 40 years. Candidate must be comfortable working in a small office with an older male agent and occasionally running the office alone.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to general office duties, organization, answering phones, submissions, client appointments, scheduling auditions, communication with clients and cast, managing the day to day of clients agent. Occasional personal assistant duties may creep in as well (making doctors appointments, reminding agent of schedule etc.).
Prior talent agency or talent management company experience helpful but not necessary.
