Part Time Job

You must have a minimum of 3 years experience working at a talent agency to apply.

GVA Talent Agency is looking to add an Executive Assistant to the team.
This position will be working remotely and will start out as part-time. The position will go into full time, if it is a good match. Candidates must be well trained and must have 3-5 years of experience working at a Talent Agency.
Open to promoting from within.
Candidate must be a dynamic multi-tasker, detail oriented, resourceful, quick on their feet, and have a great personality.
The Candidate has to anticipate the needs of the owner and agents.
Must have detailed knowledge of Breakdown Express, LA Casting, I.E. Database, and tracking the grids.
Must have knowledge of office duties and administration as well as aspects of the Entertainment Industry such as Casting Directors, Producers, and Actors.
Candidate must ''love what they do''.
As this is remote and we do not have the usual time and resources to go through a full training to be considered, candidates have to already know this role like the back of their hand.
