Freelance Concert Producer - US Theater

100% remote / US-based, with travel to show cities across the United States.

We are looking for an experienced freelance concert producer, based in the US, to lead production on the ground.

What you will do
• Scout, negotiate and book theaters and performing arts venues (holds, offers, rental agreements and settlements)
• Source, bid and hire production vendors: audio, lighting, LED walls/video, staging, rigging and backline
• Hire and coordinate local crew and show personnel (production manager, stage manager, technicians, stagehands and union labor where required)
• Build and manage production budgets and schedules
• Advance each show with venues and vendors, and handle permits, insurance and local requirements
• Be on site for load-in, show and load-out as needed

What we are looking for
• 5+ years producing concerts or live shows in US theaters and performing arts centers
• Strong network of theaters and audio, lighting and LED/video vendors across the US
• Hands-on experience with venue rental contracts, union houses and show settlements
• Based in the United States and authorized to work in the US; able to invoice as an independent contractor
• Available to travel
• Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, not required

Engagement: freelance, per project. Compensation to be agreed based on experience and scope.
