Grove Street Games is seeking a full-time, experienced Associate Producer. We are looking for a motivated, well-organized person who can work well on individual and team-oriented tasks, with a passion for game production. You will work closely with our Senior Producer across all Grove Street Games projects, with a focus as liaison for our outsourcing studios. The successful candidate needs to demonstrate strong organization skills and self-motivation. You will be required to help direct QA resources and manage everyday project logistics and communication between the studio departments. Our leads expect our producers to quickly have answers to questions about the state of every aspect of the current milestone.

Responsibilities
• Working with the leadership and development team to define and meet project milestones
• Support the full lifecycle of game development - including concept, design, prototyping, production, launch, and live operations
• Act as the primary point of contact and central source of information between outsourcing studios and our internal departments
• Supervise importing of outsourced assets into our game engine
• Prepare documentation for outsourcing studios and our internal wiki
• Create, track, and manage project schedules and milestones, maintaining an organized and structured view of tasks, resources, and progress
• Participate and contribute creatively in team discussions, critiques, and game development ideas
Requirements
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently and own your work
• Proven track record of shipping games, with a deep understanding of the full game development lifecycle
• Understanding of digital art production pipelines
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal. Must work well with teammates
• Detail-oriented & extremely well-organized
• Relocation to Gainesville - this job is not remote
Good to Have
• Experience working in Production or Outsourcing
• At least one shipped title on Console or PC
• Experience with Unreal Engine
• Creative problem-solving skills
